Housefull 5 (2025) advance booking opened in India on Sunday noon while the limited advances had opened on Saturday itself and Inside Box Office had reported this exclusively through its social media handles. Housefull 5 Advance Booking Report (Overseas)
Housefull 5 pre-sales opened much earlier in key overseas markets with Australia showing some movement. Later, Germany showed some movement too. Later, HOYTS, the biggest chain in Australia listed two different versions ‘A’ and ‘B’ which slowed the momentum, however it is much better than what Akshay Kumar starrers have done post pandemic. Advance booking of Housefull 5 in New Zealand is also showing a good enough trend till now.
Coming to Germany, the weekend looks good for an Akshay Kumar starrer and even a Bollywood film. Few markets like UAE do not have many shows listed. The biggest chain of UAE i.e., VOX has shows listed in only two locations with 3 and a half days remaining for its release. The weekend total overseas will be governed by the Middle East due to Eid Holiday and hence this market should have been given priority but ironically, the market has less shows and locations so far.
USA and Canada sales also look good while the United Kingdom is showing good movement too. Housefull 5 should target $4.5M to $5M over the three days weekend which will be good enough for Akshay Kumar. So far, the overseas markets have lesser pre-sales when compared to Kamal Haasan’s Thuglife especially in Gulf and Asian markets. Even in the UK, Thug Life is dominating. Housefull 5 needs to open big in overseas markets but it should easily cross $1M on its opening day. Then, the word of mouth will allow the growth or the drop to take over from the very next day.
