Ever since its announcement, Thamma has been marketed as a violent love story in this horror-comedy universe. As this universe is popular for having chartbuster songs in all its movies, the Rahein Na Rahein Hum song in its announcement, along with the plot revolving around vampires and Nawazuddin Siddiqui playing the antagonist, generated a good hype.
