Dhurandhar has done commendable business in South, including regions like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and even Kerala, but this was solely by the Hindi version, which means the Hindi version worked phenomenally in these areas, and that once the film is dubbed, the Hindi version may see some drops, but the All India Nett or Gross will remain super high. 

The current biggest opener is Jawan and Pushpa 2: The Rule, but Jawan had a bigger release in South India for its Hindi version. Here, Dhurandhar 2 will have a big release, but the regional versions may have dominance in South India, and this will impact the Hindi numbers, but even then, the Hindi version will be the biggest opener in India, now beating the likes of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan and Pushpa 2: The Rule. 

At the end, it’s the lifetime collections that show real appreciation, as we saw Dhurandhar scoring an ordinary opening weekend but a record-smashing lifetime total.
